High Speed Automated Fastener Assembly Cell

Integrates four riveting heads with a servo indexing conveyor and automatic feed systems for fastening special studs and mating parts.  The system runs at a 210 part per minute rate.

Pneumatic Riveting Cell

Integrates riveting head with auxiliary work surfaces which can be adjusted to ergonomically correct work heights.  The rivet head and work surfaces can be automatically raised and lowered to accommodate best possible position for operator.  Machine includes vibratory feed bowl, interface panel and 5 inches of stroke.

Automatic Pole Drill and Rivet System

System drills work piece holes and clinches solid rivets into the poles.  The machine also inserts pop rivets.

Rotary Riveting Cell

Integrates riveting head with a servo positioning rotary turntable.  This system increases throughput of the machine by allowing the operator to unload and load parts at the same time other parts are being riveted.  Machine includes bowl feeder, operator interface panel and 5 inches of stroke.
